Cute place! The florist was very helpful and kind. She made sure we received the freshest flowers and gave us specific care instructions. There is also a cute dog there.

Penguin Flowers is Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today I wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in Corvallis, Oregon, but I live in Florida and didn’t have any local knowledge. After a bit of research, I came across Penguin Flowers and their excellent reputation. In my case, I wanted to include chocolates with the flowers, but they needed to be vegan. I knew this was a long shot, but I really wanted to include them. I called the shop and spoke with Chris, explained what I was hoping to do, and she was so customer-focused and accommodating that I felt compelled to write this review right away. Great customer service is one thing, but truly listening to customers and being willing to accommodate a special request like this is what makes a business exceptional. The flowers are beautiful (and the pricing was very reasonable)! Chris even made an extra stop to pick up vegan chocolates, which was truly above and beyond. I have a feeling she may not hope every customer calls with a special request like mine after I post this review, but that might be a good problem to have 😊. Thank you, Chris! I look forward to doing business with you again and will absolutely be spreading the word in Corv

I received an arrangement from my son and daughter-in-law today that was beautiful! Such a wonderful selection of flowers including: roses, Chrysanthemumbuttons, statice, Balloon flowers, carnations, and a wonderful purpleish succulent. The greenery was mostly native Huckleberry. Really appreciated the variety of colors and textures and more naturalistic than a lot of bouquets. Well, fresh and the selections will last many days.

When sending flowers to someone in a different town, the two main objectives are to order seamlessly for an on-time delivery, and that the person receives a bouquet that makes them feel loved and special. Penguin Flowers knocked both of these out of the park. Ordering online was extremely easy. I went with the daily special thinking that it might have in-season flowers and also to give the arranger more freedom to be creative. My wife, who was visiting family in Corvallis, received the flowers right on time and she absolutely loves the arrangement. Plus, the delivery person was super friendly and understanding when our dog went a little crazy trying to defend the property. Thank you for such great service!

I am so, so pleased with Penguin Flowers' flower delivery! I ordered a purple bouquet of flowers for my Grandma's birthday, for delivery since I'm out of state and can't visit her in Corvallis due to COVID. The ordering process was very smooth and easy, and I received an email receipt within a few minutes. When they made the bouquet, they sent a photo to my email (pleasant surprise) so I could see what she received, and they called her to let her know the delivery was coming (as I requested on the order). She's ecstatic with the flowers, and said they are gorgeous and that she loves the little charm that came with them. Now that I know it's this easy to order flowers I will absolutely use Penguin Flowers again! Update: went with them again, and they delivered, AGAIN! Amazing customer service. They added a few purple tulips to the bouquet when I requested it (because it didn't have them by default and they're my grandma's favorite flowers). They sent a photo of the bouquet that was delivered to my email so I could preview it. My grandma was delighted! :)
